    what can i have for dinner w/ staying in my calories like 1300 and veggie intake? thanks..

    Not sure I'll be alot of help- just wanted to say that you were doing great so far.
    maybe some chicken or a chicken salad of some sort..

      Eat an induction friendly dinner, make sure you ahve your veggie intake for the day..and don't worry about the calories. you're not counting calories in induction..just carbs.

        what do u suggest? salad w/ caesar drressing it says no carb dressing..but ill count as 1..and steak tips? it will be like 1600 calories and thats scares me. i want this weight gone the fastest possible. r u sure calories dont matter? I also tried pork rinds for first time and mmmm are they ok for ur health?

          Lauren - if you punch in your weight on fitday it will work out your basal rate and so show you the minumum calories you should be having just to stay alive.
          At the moment it isnt showing the correct figures for you as it thinks your weight is zero :yikes .

            Laurenad--cals dont technically matter- i mean if you go over or under by 200 or so i dont think thats really going to hurt you now it would be diferent if it was 2000 cals. good luck
