I found this roast beef, which is so tastie but i noticed it has sugar in it.

    100g serving

1.6g carbs it says on the package - now how much is 100g? 1on? -

100 grams is alittle over 3 ounces. The only way to know how much that is---you gotta weigh it.

Or see what the total package contains and if it is for example 200g (about 7 ounces) then half of that will be 100g and 1.6 carbs.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
