  • Other mayonnaise besides Carb Options?

I had been using the Carb Options mayonnaise. They have disappeared from all of our store shelves in our area. Is there another brand of mayo that can safely be used on induction? I'd rather not have to make it.

I use Hellman's. There is sugar listed in the ingredients though it doesn't taste sweet to me at all. I've never had a problem with it stalling or causing cravings, but everyone is different so be aware of it.

I use Hellman's too....there are a couple of sugar free options out there, but not available in my area. I know Duke's is one of them.

Or homemade, if you wish to take the time to make it.

I've used store brands and Hellman's without consequence. I don't use it often enough to warrant making it.

If you have a Whole Foods near you, they make a version with Canola oil and no sugar. Not the best oil, but at least all the ingredients are approved for induction.
