  • End of week two and I gained weight

    Im at the end of week two. I was doing awesome up until now. I seemed to have gained weight (4 pounds :yikes ) and I dont know why.

    I have one word to sum it up......... DEPRESSED =( :no

    I did cheat and had two drinks while away on business but I didnt think it would set me back like this!!!!!!!

    Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

    Junes coming fast, Only 4 months away, and I would like to lose a good 40 pounds by then. a lil less than 10 pounds a month isnt undoable. I just need help doing it

    Drink lots of water, cut out any sweetners and frankenfoods. Avoid alcohol until further into OWL and then just in moderation and what is suggested. You should see thoose 4 pounds drop off in a few days.
    restart 16-18/8-12 (crazy sizing)/love to get into some 6's

      Thanks for the advice... I will def do that and hopefully I will continue my weightloss journey!!!. BTW what are frankenfoods??????

          Is your T.O.M. coming up soon? That might account for gain.

            Hey, I dropped 20 some odd lbs pretty easily - I was all set to break under 320# and BAM - I spiked up to 325.5 in one day.

            I then lost that weight slightly slower than I lost the earlier weight - it can be depressing, but focus on how good you feel eating better.

            I broke through to 319 finally on Friday - and it was a good feeling.

            Hang in there and try weighing less often...

                Thanks for everyones help. I sat down and tried to figure out what I was doing different and came to the conclusion that the only thing I was doin different was using splenda in my drinks. .... I cut the splenda, upped the water and wahlah.. Those four pounds were gone, plus two more!!! :joy

                Now if I could just get to the gym, maybe I can lose those 40 pounds by the end of June or atleast come close to it.
