    I cheat and use scales which measure it for me :yes

    The scales were quite cheap at £27.99 and I'm really pleased with them.

    I'm sure that someone will have a mathmatical explanation though

      If you use FitDay.com (it's free), you'll plug in the foods you eat including the salad dressing, oils and butter you may use in cooking and flavoring. It will give you a calorie distribution of your total consumption for the day.

      Frankly, if you are using whole foods and are using the Acceptable Food List for Induction and the Rules of Induction, you'll find that most people do not deviate far from the optimal 65%/30%/5% distribution of fats/proteins and carbs.
