  • Didn't excercise, didn't lose weight-shall I extend induction?

Throughout the last 3 weeks' induction, due to some serious home events, I haven't been able to exercise apart from some walking (1/2 hour on some days only) so I've hardly lost weight on induction (I think about 1 pound).
It's been a clean induction with 2litres+ per day water intake.

Home issues are sorted and I can now get into a daily exercise routine at the gym. Do you guys think it better to stay in induction for an extended period to give my body a chance to start losing or shall I just move on up to the next rung anyway.

    Suggestions/ comments appreciated

    Thanks all

You don't have much to lose, so I think you're doing just fine. In induction most people lose between 5% and 10% of the total weight they need to lose.
I'd try moving to the first rung of OWL and getting firmly into your exercise regimen. I bet you'll see an upturn in losses.
    You can do it!
