Yesterday and today, I started my day out by drinking 1L of water during the commute to work, which is about 45min. (of course, I have to pace myself, so I don't need to go until I get there!

Water has always been my beverage of choice, except when having my morning tea, but not that much in that amount of time. I was really surprised at how it made me feel more awake and energized, which is something that typically doesn't happen unless I've had a fair amount of caffeine!
And think of all the benefits - the usual goodness of drinking water, *and* the extra energy to bound back and forth to the loo all morning!
