Today I made ham roll ups they were a great change from salad, I just ate all myvegtables for my supper...I make my cream cheese spread up a head of time..One package creme cheese with 5 diced green olives in it..I had two for lunch, each ham slice I add two tablespoons of creme cheese to..I was full alot longer on that lunch then I usually am eating just salad...I had been snacking on porkrinds but decided to throw them a way..The extra salt wasn't worth the taste of them..I can't what until I can add some things to my meals..I lost 6lbs on my first two weeks, so I am going to stay on the induction phase until I loose at least five more pounds.. :ThumbsUp
