  • Yay, yay and can I say yay again?

I have lost three pounds overnight - dunno how it happened, don't care!

I have also lost 12 centimetres in total. The most amazing difference was from under my bust which went down 5.5 centimetres in the week!

Thanks for all your support and sorry I had to post all the "why am I not losing?" threads. Although I'm sure everyone understands why, when we stall for weeks on end, we feel the need to.

    Yay! :joy

Emily, this is how it always is with me too: several weeks with no loss then those pesky pounds drop off in one day. :nod

I have learned over the last few months, when I have not lost any weight for an extended period of time, to just keep on plan, try to be patient, and viola....the loss comes in one big whoosh!

Congrats on your big whooshie! :joy :joy

Congratulations for both the 2 pounds today AND showing that you can continue to control what you eat no matter what the scale says! Great job and your cm's lost are phenomenal. You are doing very well!

congrats on sticking it out and beleiving what we wwre telling you it would happen.

Now you can pay it forward by posting to all those newbies who will also be experiencing that hesitation in weight loss like you did and saying hey I was posting topics just like this back in Feb and guess what I stuck with my atkins and woke up one moring and poof 3 pounds were gone and lots if CM too.m That is what the support part of this place is all about. you get help and them you give it back.

                      Happy low carbing

This posting totally kept me on track, and this morning... drumroll.....

I'm in the 160's!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was holding for a few days, and finally the scale moved. Ok, I KNOW i'm not supposed to be a slave to the scale. Believe me, I am committed to following this WOE because I know it's working for so many people. Still... Yay the scale moved!

To anyone that isn't moving, my pants were still feeling looser each day without the scale moving. Stay with it.
