    Ankle Specialist dr visit..

    Well.. I went to another foot specialist today and he diagnosed that I have a coalition in my right ankle. He sent me for TWO seperate MRI's later in the day... needless to say I am WORN OUT from this long and tiring day of traveling to Columbus, Ohio.

    He put me in a walking cast so I will have to just remove it when going to the gym and whatnot. I think i'm gonna take it light on the foot until I know whats fully going on. I guess ill work on my upper body some more.
