  • Need help figuring carb count on new made up dinner idea...

    Don't know what to call this. It was my son's idea.

    5 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cups fresh broccoli
    1 8ounce pkg cream cheese
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon horseradish
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste (about 1 teaspoon each for us)

    Thoroughly cook chicken and dice into bite size pieces.
    Cook broccoli until tender crisp

    Meanwhile...soften cream cheese in microwave, add mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper...blend well

    In 9 x 13 pan layer cooked chicken, then broccoli, spoon cream cheese mixture over all. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes adding grated cheese the last 2 minutes to melt.

    This makes 6-8 servings depending on serving size.
