  • Week Three on Induction....

So, three more pounds for week three...total since starting induction: 15 lbs.

Of course I was hoping for more, but that's my nature. I'm trying to learn to be satisfied with momentum and progress and not so singularly focused on the goal.

I'm gonna do one more week of induction, I think, then start on OWL.

    Thanks for the support thusfar,

    Mitch

          Good going
and I am glad you are planning your move to OWL in a week's time too
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
