    Carb Options Drink Mix Powder

The container says it has 0 carbs and is sweetened with Splenda. Is this okay on induction if I watch the Splenda count, or is this considered a frankenfood?

I found the Lipton Orange & Passionfruit tea on sale at Big Lots for $2.49 and just saw it at Albertsons for $5.99.

    Thanks!!!

I think its okay for Extended Induction. But be very careful, if it stalls you out, forget it. Check for sugar alcohols.

There are no sugar alcohols. In fact, the ingredients are as follows:
      -maltodextrin
      -citric acid
      -instant green tea
      -sucralose
-natural orange passionfruit flavor with other natural flavors
      -contains soy lecithin

That's it. Whaddya think? I guess just watch to see if it makes me stall, huh??
