I am not doing well. All of a sudden I am focused on what I can not have. I am so afraid I am going to given in. Why did the cravings come back?

Have you checked out Linda's low-carb site? Find a low-carb treat here that makes your mouth water to satisfy your cravings. At 15 days are you still on induction or did you move to OWL rung 1? Rung 1 is *just* more vegetables, but that may help. Are you drinking a lot of water? There are supplements like L-glutamine and L-carnitine that are supposed to help with cravings. You may want to look into that.
Best of luck to you.

Also it might be that you have eaten something that unbeknown to you contained sugar which is reinforcing cravings.
Try eating a highfat 'legal' snack when you start thinking longingly of other carby foods to help stay on plan.
Some people find that munching on something sour like a pickle (check it has no sugar ) quenches cravings for sweet!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I have to agree with Elizellen and say that something, somewhere is creating low blood sugar. Something in your diet may have sugar or high fructose corn syrup or something similar in it that is triggering the cravings. OR you may have eaten a legal food to which you are, unbeknownst to you, allergic.
Can you show us your menu? Please, let us help you before you give up!
