Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
        he said, 'Don't count calories.'

No artificial ingredients, profits go to charity and it tastes fantastic

I've always used Ranch, but I picked up a Carb Options one yesterday called "Sweet & Spicy French." It's actually very good. It's made with splenda so personally I'm counting that as one of my sweetners today.

As you said in another thread Emo - they were't around then!!
BUT the ingredients will be listed on the pack and it is up to you to check the list to make sure they contain nothing not on the acceptable foods list before deciding whether to use them or not.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I use Kens Blue Cheese - 1g per TBSP.

I keep a bottle at work so if I go get a JackintheBox salad, I dont have to eat their 4g dressing that has sugar in it...
