I would really use something like Fitday or something to get a better estimate of what you're eating. From a quick glance I'd say you're not eating enough too, but I don't know. Do you know your BMR and AMR? How are you doing compared to that? I'd ditch the tomatoes too, the added natural sugar could be doing something to you.
Before I started this WOE, anytime I ate ANYTHING with carbs in it I felt extremely bloated, got bad gas, and felt horrible. Since I've started this WOE, the only time that's happened to me is when I've cheated. My GI problems have gone away almost completely.
I really applaud you for hanging in there and not giving up! Just for a contrast, you might want to try something like South Beach that does low fat too just in case it is something like IBS. I don't think they can really test for IBS can they? It's one of those catch-alls that they like to use I think, but very real. Hang in there! :wave
