    I came across a website called True Lemon.

      So what is really in it?
      True Lemon Ingredients: Citric Acid, Lactose*, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil, Maltodextrin, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

      it had lactose in it (which is a form of sugar that we on Atkins is trying to limit) And it has maltodextrin - which is an artifical sweetner.
      So their claim is kind of weird - it has both sugar and calories in it. Really.

      If you want a lemon taste - you can use some lemon - You are allowed a bit on induction
