  • Hold me back!!

I am trying soooo very hard and patiently to wait until Monday to WEIGH myself! I want to give in sooo bad and see if I have lost anything yet. I restarted induction on Monday and haven't weighed since and I even made my husband hide the scale from me so I would not weigh again until Monday but I am getting weak!

    Try to hang in there
The longer you wait to weigh, the bigger that number will be when you do!

Besides...it's still early and if you don't see a number you like it may discourage you. I know a lot of people who re-start sometimes don't have as fast a "Whoosh" as they did the first time around.

Monday will be here sooner than you think. Focus on working out and eating right as much as you can for the next few days so you can be delighted on Monday.

Yes you must wait. I waited till my 14 day induction period was over before I reweighed meself. You will notice by your clothing that you are losing, dont obsess yourself with the scale. Best of luck. Keep us posted. God Bless, Joe

I weighed myself today and I wish that I wouldn't have. I'm down 4 pounds which I think is amazing. However, like Desihue says...my whoosh wasn't what it was 4 years ago. I was discouraged over something that I should've been happy for. How ridiculous! I'm over it now though

Nichole, I know! I am guilty too.. I found the scale this weekend and weighed too. I was disappointed as well. I did lose 4 pounds but still I guess I was expecting more of a whoosh like everyone else. But just like you, this isn't my first rodeo with induction either... BUT I am trying to not get discouraged. I am starting my Si6 challenge today so hopefully I will see a difference in weight and inches.

do you self a big favor, throw every scale out.
its not a quick loss system.
i do go to the doctor's office once a month at most, they know me, they know that my entire self worth is dependent on a weigh in.
don't torture throw that evil scale out.

Good luck, remember its a way of life not a crash diet.
