Ok so i think i need just a bit more structure to meet my first mini-goal and get back on track! I have been in the first rung of owl for a while and kept losing but i have been letting the carbs creep back in and have been not keeping track of eating and such so i think i am going to start over, mainly so i can get my mind and motivation back on track! Anyways....i need help getting over my fear of eating too much....right now as it stands i am eating only 1 meal a day and i know that i have to eat more....any advice to get over that little voice that says ......YOU SHOULDN'T BE EATING ANYTHING!
