    Protein shakes?

Gotta quick question... I have found a few recipes that call for either the atkins bake or a protein shake powder. Would this be legal for me to have on extended induction??

I have never had any experience with protein shakes at all...so I am totally clueless. LOL

    Thanks!

    Re: Protein shakes?

As the rules for extended induction are exactly the same as for the first 14 days, you will need to look at the list of ingredients to see what is in the shakes or mixes.
As far as I know if the protein is 'protein isolate' rather than powdered protein then it is OK, otherwise you need to wait till the relevant OWL rung. So if it has whey protein not till the Dairy rung, if soy protein not till the legumes rung.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
