    Hello everyone,
    just wanted to say hi and vent. Week 4 ALMOST complete. These past few days have been going really slow. This new way of eating has been going good. Since the begining i have gone from 197 to 185.2 and i feel great. Its been going slowley but its not like the weight came on fast it took 5 years. So i know it will come off slowley. Yesterday i had an awsome dinner, T-Bone steak with fresh green beans with lemon pepper. Just wondering how everyone else is doing?

    I didn't do well yesterday on Atkins. Went off and woke up with a gain. I'm back to day 1 of induction. You're doing great. Hang in there. It will come off. Don't go off like I did. It was the first time since I restarted that I went off. I'm very hard on myself but it's always a lesson learned.

      Hey there,
      sounds like you are doing great. I have three weeks into my new woe and feel pretty good now and have lost almost 10 lbs. I check my progress daily and know I shouldn't, but I can't resist and I get dissapointed too. Your right the weight took a long time to come on and will take awhile to come off too. I really enjoy eating now, I don't feel deprived at all. Good luck and happy low-carbing.

        You're doing an awesome job. I myself have had to let go of the notion that this is going to be a quick fix to my weight issues. That's probably the biggest hurdle for myself, but I'm getting there. You're absolutely right though. It didn't sneak up on me in 6 weeks, so I need to expect it to take longer to lose than that. Each day forward is a step in the right direction. Keep working hard - you'll meet your goals! :nod
