Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

So, now that you have the worst part behind you, what are your plans, are you going to give OWL a try or stay on extended induction. Lots of folks are afraid to move on, but some find that they still lose with more variety.
When I have a craving for ice cream, I make some cream cheese and flavor it with cocoa and splenda,,,, or Atkins syrup....or a bit of vanilla extract and splenda. It fills that creamy void.

For me, I stay cheatfree. I want to break that addiction to the foods that get me into trouble in the first place. Ice cream is the very food that gets me into trouble. :yikes

                          Just my 2 cents!!

You motivation will get stronger as time goes on. The more progress you see the more you will want to stay with this new way of eating! :joy

Congratulations :icondance you have left the 300's and have entered twoterville(200's). Keep up the wonderful work and you will be at ONEderland before you know it. :yes
