  • How Often do you use these products?

    Just wondering How Often do you use these products?

    things like low carb bread, low carb pancake mixes, low carb bars, low carb pastas, etc...
    and if so, does it stall, or interfer at all with weight loss plase answeras well as take the poll please be honest- thanks

    I never used any of these products but i recently started using hte tortillas and bread i go through a "stage" of using them and then not using htem, i havent really noticed any changes as far as the scales go, but i think it does make me crave things more often..

      Never. When I'm on maintenance I may change my mind as I have noticed that some of the recipes call for those ingredients. Then again, on maintenance I may choose to eat a small slice of wholegrain bread once or twice a month rather than a low carb version. Who knows - far too early for me at this stage to say

        I don't eat the breads, pastas, tortillas, pancake mixes because I'm not on the grain rung of OWL. The bars, imo, are a waste of calories and carbs. Why eat a funky-fake tasting bar when I can eat something real and fresh?

          I dont use any of them as I too am not on the relevant OWL rung yet.

          I probably will start to incorporate almond flour in recipes now as I am on the nuts/seeds rung and I suppose there may be some of the mixes that are 'legal' for that too but I havent bothered to buy any yet.
