    Congratulations are definately in order!

You deserve so much credit for staying the course and remaining faithful to your eating plan. :dancingb:

Losing 1 pound is no small feat. You can bet it wasn't water weight.

You will probably be one of those people who keep going for a long time and then suddenly one morning, whoosh, your body will have caught up to your new lifestyle. There are so many health benefits to doing Atkins beyond losing visible poundage. Keep going!

Dan keep in mind the closer you get to your goal weight...the weight loss will slow down. Also if you're exercising your building muscle..have you measured? are you losing inches?

I had 26 lbs to lose. I lost 12 int he first monthg...the remaining 14 too another 9 months for me to lose! Be patient, it will come off...

Since we know you are working out like a crazy how many inches have you lose are your clothes fitting loser and can you see your body morphing?
Since you don't seem to be moving at the speed you think you deserve why don't you move to OWL and see what more of those induction veggies do for your weight loss? remember as you add the new 5 net carbs you will be slightly cutting back on the fats as you still need to stop eating when you are not hungry any more even if food in on the plate. HAppy low carbing.
