    i just wanted to check in with everyone .. i havnt posted in a wile.

    Im hangin in there, i have not lost anymore weight but i havnt gained any either so i guess im not doin too bad.

    I have however started working out. I do 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes on the elliptical 6 days a week. I was really sore the first week but now im not .. my goal is to get to 45 minutes on the elliptical. i have to say i feel really good working out .. i actually look forward to it now.

    Im actually starting to notice a slight change in my body shape, mostly in my legs ... (which is wear i need it the most) just a little bit but its there. I bet in another month i will really be able to see

    Great work in starting to exercise more - and in not putting any weight back too

    I know what you mean about seeing your legs get thinner - Over the last 2 years which is only when I started doing gym exercising especially stationary biking, hough I have lost very little weight I now have bony knees!!
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      Good to see you check in. You gotta wear those white pants, even if they don't fit! Exercise will make sure they do!
