Can anybody tell me where in DANDR the Dr talks about these fat/protein/carb percentages? I've read the book twice but can't remember exactly where he mentions them. Have scanned, but can't find... and short of re reading it a third time (which might not be such a bad idea)... ummmmm...

Well, just wanted to re read that bit, and wondered if anyone could help me out.

Sorry to ask yet another awkward question!

    Thanks anyone and everyone!
    Sal

    It's not in DANDR.

I seem to recall someone saying that's the numbers Dr. Atkins used for his testing - but my memory isn't always sound, so someone should come along who can clarify better

Dr Atkins uses vague terms like don't eat your Atkins too high protein or too low fat. If you called the Atkins Center back when he was alive and ask exactly what too high was or too low they would tell you those ratios. you can also plug the menues in the book into fitday and you will see they average that amount too.
