    WOW !!! SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE !!!



    Party like it's 2005!!!

    ha is two years old on Wednesday, February 23rd!!!!

    Yes, two years ago, Tom, started ADBB with a few members. And the board continued its growth. Members have come and gone and come back and new members find the ADBB every day!!! And those that find the board are healthier, slimmer and happier!!! The ADBB is not only a source of great information from members who just don't talk the talk, but they walk the walk ... but it is thought of as a place to grow as we become better and better images of our former selves !!!

    So let's all raise our water glasses to Tom and the ADBB Board on the second birthday of the ADBB!!

    And what a great time to remember to support the ADBB through a donation, supporting affiliates or by the "Pay It Forward" philosophy !!
