Grrr! I find myself not eating again, so once again my calorie count is dipping too low. I made some chicken salad with mayo for lunch, ate a tiny bite and couldn't manage the rest. I forgot breakfast. Yesterday was the same.
I don't know if I'm still losing. Would gym scales be more accurate than the crap one I have at home? Because when I weighed myself today they said 10st 4 (144) whereas my one at home says 10st 8lbs.
Meh. I don't even feel hungry, and forcing myself to eat just makes me sick. :no
