You should definitely measure yourself because that's where you're more likely to see a difference, especially when you have upped your exercise. You could be replacing fat with muscle. Muscle weighs more and so you may even find your weight increases. Don't worry about that, focus on how you're changing your body, measure yourself and if you have the guts, take a picture of yourself in your undies from the front, back and both sides.
You'll certainly see a difference.

oh my goodness... you should always measure yourself. The scale can lie. You tell your weight loss by your clothes and measuring tape. You should do that ASAP. Make sure your drinking a lot and lot of water. I drink 5 20oz. bottles of water a day. Thats 100 oz, you have to drink a lot of water on this diet.

This is very normal. Your loss now will be sporadic on the scales. Make your measuring tape your best friend. Remember that in the first 2 weeks, you are mainly losing water. Now your body needs time to catch up with your weight loss. When it sees you are not going to let up, it will start dropping the fat.
When I first started this WOL, I dropped 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks. I stayed on induction for 3 months. I didn't drop another pound until I moved to OWL. However, I did lose inches.... LOTS of inches. :nod
Hide your scale and only weigh once a month.

tw, the others said it all. Some folks just lose and lose and every week they drop a couple of pounds and others dont lose for a couple weeks and then drop 5 or 6 literally over night. You just have to know in your heart that your doing it right and it will come off.
Have you posted some menus. Often others can see something that you can't.
Also, also, lots of folks eat frankenfoods like bars and shakes and they come to a dead halt standstill. So if you have any of those things in your menu, toss them to the highest shelf in your kitchen and see if that doesn't work.

I think the cheat days might have hurt you a bit. I didn't cheat for my first 4 weeks on Atkins....lost the most weight, since then I've been feeling a little full of myself and tossing in little no - no's, not huge cheats, but a piece of chocolate here, a bite of cupcake there - and guess what? I've dropped only 1 pound in 3 weeks. I feel smaller and I still feel good, but who knows - I might be at goal weight had I not allowed myself those bad foods. On the flip side, I have gained control of my eating and NEVER would've been able to stop at ONE piece of candy...so, I can still draw positives from this WOE versus just what the scale says. Hang in there - it WILL work!!
