In the past 2 days I have dropped 1.5 pounds the first day and 2.5 pounds yesterday!! Woohoo for the wooshie fairy! Now I'm down to 243.5 from a start of about 267...yay the 20 pounds gone mark has been passed. Now for my mini goal of hitting the 230's! Of course I've been exercising every night this week

yep exercise is a mandatory part of the Atkins program check out chapters 15 and 22 of your DANDR if you don't think so.
