    WOOSH ? What is it?

    A woosh is when typically you've not lost in a frame of time, usually a week or more, and suddenly you wake up with what you consider a large loss... for some that's 1 whole pounds, for others it's 2, 3, or 5


    Furthermore its been discovered that there are some foods for some people that become "wooshie foods". Typically very spicy dishes will result in a "woosh" because of their endothermic properties.
