How can I post a link to Fitday

I see others posting links to their fitday menus ... how do I do so that you can see it (without having to loging into my account) ?

I think it has a facility, near the bottom of the page, which you can make your page available to be seen by others.

Go into the Home page, and click on make my journal public.
I haven't done it myself, yet, but I think that should take you to another page, which you can then cut and paste.
