  • Daughters Birthday, with me luck!!!

    Hello everyone,
Today my daughter turns 6 years old. She has choosen a buffet place for dinner (her choice). I am hoping they have chicken and green beans and i know they will have salad. Just a little worried because i had been on a stall and finally got back to the K Sticks with a purple color. I even am down 1 pound since yesterday. I have been sticking to the new way of eating, but after my small surgery it just seems very hard to loose. Hoping its just that Tom is coming and he might be slowing things down. Or mabey its a small stall and a whoosh will happen soon (PRAYING FOR THAT). Just wanted to say hi and spill my beans about today. Thanks.

    Hi.

What you need to do is stick to the Induction Foods list for dinner tonight. If you "feel", like you "have" to have a dessert, order a cup of herbal tea or decaf coffee.

Can you phone the restaurant and ask what they have to offer that wont have sugar/wheat/potatoes etc.
I find it so much less stressful if I can choose in my own mind beforehand what I am going to eat and not have to make a quick (sometimes wrong) decision.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
