Weigh to go :yes !!! You are making great progress.

You could very well be in ONEderland by Easter. But remember that the weight loss will slow down and don't get discouraged. Everyones body has its own rate of losing weight. Just keep on course, and if you aren't under 200 by Easter you will be so close.

Excellent news! Congratulations on a great start.

It won't be too long before other people start noticing your success (if they haven't already) and make great comments. For me, it's not just what I think about my loss, but what other people say that's a great motivator. You get into a virtuous circle: the more you lose, the more you and other people notice, the more positive feedback you get, the more weight you lose, the more you and other people notice ... etc.

Keep going on your journey. There may be bumps and glitches along the way, but always keep your goal in your mind. :nod

Actually nobody has really told me anything. My husband says he cant really tell either. I told him maybe after 20 then you may see it. He's such a carboholic i swear. He was eating a big bag of potatoe chips in our bedroom last night of course while chugging a bud light too. He makes me sick sometimes!

weigh to go your rate of lose will slow dwn soon as the human body has a biochem reason for wanting to hold shape so make friends with your tapemeasure so you can see the inches of fat melting off as your body mass morphes.

Don't forget hubby sees you daily so he is seeing the gradual changes while somebody that hasn't seen you since you started will be comparing you today with the you they last saw and will notice you are smaller.

whats good for the gander ain't good for me

my hubby doesn't see a change either but my daughter did. my husband can eat as many carbs as he wants to and never gain weight. it is so annoying. if i wait for him to give me some positive support on this program i'll be out there waiting in the dark for a long time. it is best to praise myself. i always saw myself as a person who had no discipline when it came to food. but nothing could be futher than the truth. now that I know the right things for my body to eat, i am totally capable of sticking to my Atkins WOL.

congrats on your success - KEEP GOING!
