    Last night at the gym i met up with my 21 year old daughter whom i hadn't seen in about a month. she got really excited when she saw me and told me that she can tell i'm losing weight and that I look better all over. she would know because we have been going to the gym together for a long time and she has seen me butt nekkid many times and visa versa. There are no secrets between us. lol... she just kept praising me and asking questions about Atkins. it felt great. and it felt wonderful to tell her about Atkins and have a plan I can actually believe in. i'm hoping she will join me on this great adventure. I'm so grateful for Atkins and also this wonderful website.

      WOOOHOO it is so awesome when someone notices. I am so extremely happy for you and wish you more weight loss. Great job on going to the GYM to Way to go. You have found the key to permanent weight loss.
