Its good they seperate it all out in a menu for people. I have never been crazy about Red Lobster. I heard all the food is frozen and not fresh. Seafood is my favorite though.

Hmm Could very well be a rumor. In all fairness I haven't eaten there in about 15 years(shows how old I am lol). The few times I went I wasn't happy with it and that is what I was told by a few others. Could have just been the particular one I was eating at. I would be curious to know if it is true though. Maybe I should give it another shot.

That is a neat link and good to know....but....

they have broccoli at 12 Carb grams. :yikes

Unless it's a bathtub serving-size, doesn't that seem out of whack? :confused

I think the lobsters in the tank in the lobby would disagree.

Poor things, I was there once when they got a shipment - they ship them in alive packed in styrofoam with their tails pointing down.

LOL obviously I didn't mean those. I mean the regular dinners. I feel so bad for them also. I can't even look before I eat lobster. I am such a hypocrite. I have the store steam them for me because I would never eat that or any other living thing If I had to kill it myself. Like I said hypocrite but I can't help it.

I think a lot of us are that way. I sometimes buy organic eggs and dairy products from local dairies because I know how the animals are treated at the mass-producing facilities, but usually my frugal nature wins and I buy whatever is cheapest and try not to think about the animals.

There animals for goodness sakes ... human being's have been eating them since the beginning of time. Not to mention other animals.

I love the way they set up their link ... now if we would all write to our favorite restaurants and use them as an example of low carbing and helping us support the restaurant industry it would be great!!

I've actually eaten at Red Lobster when they first moved to Maine ... but then I asked myself why???? After all ... I live in Maine and Maine=Lobster!!!

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.
