    Don't be discouraged!!! You just need a little bit of a change... maybe a different variety of vegetables... wear a pedometer and see how many steps you get in a day... and however many your averaging push for a little bit more... do something fun with your kids ... if they are small run around outside with them play tag or go swimming since its summer ! lol... and def. drink more water and drop the coke zero. Hope I helped some ... and don't let this get you down!! Good luck !

      running around with the kids-- could mean your toning your body.
      you would be surprised the wieght of the dense muscle that is replacing the fat.
