keto ice cream for a buck!!

I know youre not supposed to be eating ice cream and frankenfoods during induction. but I'll leave that decsion to each of you. I decided to have a little treat one in a long while...

I found keto brand ice cream in my local dollar store! its the "99 cents only" stores, and they're yummy!!
I'ma amazed at all the stuff thats coming out so cheaply!

i also found carb ketchup, and pasta sauce, and atkins chocolate syrup, just a tip to all of you to take a look at your local cheap store!

DON't eat it it's eveil and may bring back your cravings that stuff always does it for me make your own it's so much better and less carbs.
