  • I exercised tonight

    Earlier I spent a few hours picking weeds from the yard and contemplated on exercising tonight. My daughter (9 years old) wanted to do the Walk Away The Pounds 2 Mile Walk so I did it. Couldn't let her show me up! LOL. I feel much better now that I did it. Now i'm really looking forward to watching Third Watch tonight. I love that show!

      That's not a bad idea! Luckily she could use the exercise as well to get ready for soccer in a few weeks. I just ordered Leslie Sansone's new Walk Away the Pounds. One's called Walk and Jog and the other is Walk and Kick. I should get those in sometime next week. Ordered them from Amazon.com. I'm also going to order Winsor Pilates. I know that I need to exercise to assist in losing the weight.

          How blest we are when our kids are pushing us in the right direction rather than offering us a bite of their ice cream or off plan food. Good for you getting the exercise out of the way whether it is via prompting or not. Either way it is in your rear view mirror.
