Can anyone tell me the carb content (net, preferably) of flax seeds. Fitday has two listings (as "flax seeds" and "seeds, flax seeds") and they both have very different counts. Am confused. :sadblinky
Thanks
Sal

This is a little off topic. But I never trust fitdays pre-set measurements. They are almost ALWAYS off for me. I just use the "CUSTOM FOOD" tab and go that way!
flax seeds are very low net carb because they are mostly fat and protein with lots of fiber.
Because of the rounding FDA rules the packages always come out as 0 net for the normal serving size. it comes out to about .78 net carbs for 2T of flaxseedmeal from the USDA numbers
