16 pounds in less than a month is amazing! I would love those results! You are doing wonderfully, just keep up the good work. Don't worry about the stall, remember it's only a real stall if it's been 4 weeks w/o loss of inches as well. Hopefully some seasoned Atkineers can advise you on the move up. I'm a newbie so I can't speak from experience.....
Congrats on your success thus far!

          TEMPIE-

You may want to consider moving into OWL. All you do on the first rung is add 5 net carbs of veggies to your induction menu and try out different veggies to check your tolerance. I stayed on induction for a 5 weeks last time around (with 30 lbs total to lose) and I stopped losing after 3 weeks. Once I switched to OWL the pounds came flying off again. My body was ready to move on.

Also, you may want to try try checking your measurements (the scale can lie, the tape measure...never) or go over your menu with some of the pro's on the site (maybe in the food chat).

Good Luck and hang in there!

maybe you're not getting enough fat? Your body needs to know that you have excess fat coming in, so it doesnt hold on to the fat you have. If you eat an adequate amount of fat according to Dr. A, which during induction should be about 65% of your diet, your body says "oh hey...look at all this fat...guess there is no shortage of it, so theres no need for me to store any for later!"
