  • kinda sorta got away with small cheat

It was my hubby's bday yesterday and the plan was to go out to Red Lobster. I had looked up the menu and I had my plan. Well Red Lobster was packed(45 min wait), we went to two other restaurants(including east side marios(i was quietly panicking by that time) anyway we wound up at another fish joint called Archies. I did good at first... I had my fish and shrimp broiled and took extra veggies instead of potatoes. I did eat the one slice of garlic toast that came with it(don't know why it wasn't very good), and since I took that step I had the coffee chocolate cheesecake for dessert.(that WAS good!!). When I got home I checked for ketones. none. But by morning I was back ti having a trace and back to small amounts by lunch. whew!!
just a small gilch, not berating myself about it. Just moving forward. :yes

    that's right, just move forward!
Just remember when you cheat, it is so much EASIER to cheat again.

It is something that you have to get your mindset. You have to plan for your success. You are new at this and as time goes and you see the wonderful results of WOL you will find more will power.

Get right back on the low carb wagon and stay cheatfree. This is what I do. I do not cheat!

well.. if you did cheat.. its better that you had done that in the same hour. otherwise your body would probably jolt itself out of keto.
