  • I cheated and Lost 2 MORE POUNDS

Ok...i'm guitly...totally guilty. I had about 4 beers last night at the BBQ cookoff and weighed this morning and i'm now 2 more lbs lighter? How is this possible? I was so scared about it last night but i was pulled in by the power of the alchol for some reason...LOL!

Of course this morning i'm back to the WOE i should be doing...of course I didnt eat anything bad either while i was there. I actually ate before we got out there so that wasnt to bad I guess.

Question: Will i possibly see something happen this week now?

My experience with wandering off is that the results don't show immediately. I think I'm out of the woods and then wham I have gained a few days after. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you.

I have no experience with alcohol.. but I know when I eat something that doesn't agree with me, or something I know I shouldn't have...it takes around 3 days for my weight to go up, usually 2-3 pounds.

Alcohol is a huge diuretic. The damage you might have done won’t show for a few days. To help minimize it, drink lots and lots and lots more water.
