    Hey here are mine....

    1. No more extreme mood swings, my 7 years old said "Mom, I think this diet make you nicer!"

    2. After 30 years of "Bad Skin" my face is totally clear!!!

    3. My butt finally fits in the lawn chair!

    4. Oh and one more, went to get new clothes for cruise.... and I'm down 2 sizes!!

      Jan/Island Princess -- just a thought... if you are feeling a little stuck and demotivated, I HIGHLY recommend moving to OWL rather than extended induction. It makes a world of difference having more choices. And most people don't find they lose any slower than they would on induction. In fact, some do better!

      My top benefits from this WOE:

      1) My life not revolving around food -- I have control, not the food!
      2) Feeling good in my skin and not constantly self conscious about my size.
      3) Great skin -- no blemishes for the first since pre-puberty!
      4) Ability to shop for NORMAL sizes in NORMAL stores!

        (1) I am never hungry. I am in control of food it does not control me.

        (2) I sleep better possibly because I don't go to bed overfed.

        (3) Food tastes better, each meal is enjoyed and carefully prepared.
