I got a WOOSHIE

Finally!! after being stalled at 164.5 for a while (of course I cheated for a week when my brother passed away) I finally started loosing again. Today at the gym I weighed in and was down to 162. Which really suprises me because I was going to start induction back after getting back from the funeral but didn't. I started back yesterday... and this morning am down 2.5 pounds. So maybe I am back on track again and will start loosing again

Sorry to Hear about your brother..

I lost my brother two years ago, and I know what a hard time it is..My brother died of a heart attack at 44..So I give you a lot of credit that you only went off track for a week, with so much other things on your mind..Glad to hear you are back on track, and I know before long the weight will just be melting off of you.. :joy

So sorry to hear about your brother. Maybe he sent the whoosh to you.... Stressful times in our lives can result in unusual things happening, like weight loss. When my mom passed away I lost weight too, even though the neighbors were bringing all this food around and all we seemed to be doing was eating.
