          actually all cheese is processed. what you need to be avoiding is processed cheese food. processed cheese is still low carb atkins acceptable cheese but processed cheese food is out. Look in the dairy case and you will see where the american slices are some cost less and say processed cheese food or just cheese food. Skip those, but the ones that say processed cheese should be just atkins legal cheese ingredients.
