    INDUCTION IS OVER: WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL 10 LBS

    NEXT ON MY PLAN: INDUCTION EXTENDED
    GOAL FOR NEXT WEEK: 3 LBS LOSS (expecting it to slow a bit due to TOM)
    PLAN: Stay in induction mode as before
    GOAL: Limit self to 1 diet coke per day

    Some things I found on another board I frequent... The main reason to why I came here because I just didn't get the support for this WOE/WOL....

    One poster said, "I ... am an ex-atkiner. ... managed to loose 70 lbs! ... when I started eating normal again ...gained back 50 of the 70 lbs..."

    ANother poster said that she is gaining back her weight due to "nightly hunger pangs, which [she] never had on atkins." yes I know that is a good thing to say, but didn't it ever occur to her maybe she should join us again? Especially since one of the responses was to add more protein and fiber to her diet (which she was getting plenty on of course on Atkins!)

    Oh but another response to her post "you know what you can do to make your cals stay in check, everytime you eat take little tiny bites then drink a big gulp of water it will make you full faster and you wont have to eat your whole meal then you can take thoughs few bites when you get them pains and drink alot of water"

    Doesn't sound very good to me

      Hi Bonnie,

      I too left another board that supports LC WOEs; but I found that there were very few true Atkins followers. And, the comments about Atkins were very lame. This board is great. I need serious support on the plan since I have alot of weight to lose (+100 lbs). So far, I'm on day 7 of induction and overall, things are good.

        I too LOVE this thread....

        Monday's Menu:

        B: 2 eggs 2 bacon
        S: 1 Babybel original
        L: 1 can tuna 2 packets mayo 1 packet yellow mustard (no sugar ) and 2 Cups romaine 2 Tbsp hard boiled egg and 1 oz cheese
        S: 3 hot wings (asked restaurant no sugar corn starch or flour) w/out dressing & diet coke
        D: 2 oz sausuage 2 eggs (hubby had biscuits & gravy... let me tell you I sure wish I'd had made the revolution rolls BEFORE dinner.... But I did make them after dinner will eat them on Tuesday

          Tuesday:

          B: 2 oopsie rolls sausage and 2 eggs
          S: babybel original cheese
          L: 2 oopsie rolls 1 can tuna 2 packages of mayo and 1 tsp of mustard
          D: 2 porkchops and 1C milk (yes I know that's 13 carbs but I had to have it and did consider it into my diet for day

          Bad day on veggies but I needed some milk so included it instead... won't do it every day just really needed to today

          NET CARBS: 20
