    New to extended induction

    Hi,
I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am on my third week of Atkins and have now fully adjusted to this WOE. I no longer have the cravings I once did, the tiredness, the headaches, etc. I have a lot more energy than three weeks ago and feel positive about life. So far, in two weeks I have lost seventeen pounds. I am very happy with this loss and hope to continue with induction until I am within about 40-50 pounds of my goal.

Welcome! And congrats on the terrific start! You'll find everyone here just as friendly and supportive as on the 14-day induction board.
