There is this product that is called Zipfizz. It is a healthy engery drink mix that has a bunch of great vitamins in it. I'm wondering if it would be safe? as far as I can tell there are 2 carbs in it, no sugars. Please see the link below to the supplement facts and let me know what you think?

Re: Zipfizz
I couldnt see anything that would be thought of as sugar in disguise, so it probably would be 'allowed', but make sure you count the 2 carbs or one carb depending on which you choose.
However it does have sweetener (xylitol) in it so each 'serving' (usually reckoned to be 8 fluid ounces) counts against your maximum 3 servings a day, so 24 fluid ounces of it would be your limit.
On second thoughts - if 'glucose polymers' are sugar in disguise then it would not be allowed. So google those to find out what they are.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Zipfizz
Glucose polymers are like sugars on speed. Really makes your blood sugar go up fast. They are often found in energy drinks. I think I also saw splenda on that list of ingredients.
