    I thought nuts were okay to have once you are past the 2 week induction...one ounce or something a day? Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly but I thought I read in here once that it was okay after the initial 2 weeks.

      every time I eat peanut butter it knocks me out of ketosis... only briefly but I am staying away from it for another couple months. I have no idea what rung I am on but I am eating about 40 gms of carbs every day... eating lots of veggies... just NO PB...

        Kath, I'm into several weeks of extended induction and was looking for some faux peanut butter options. So, until my weightloss slows on EI, I will continue. Once it does slow, I will move up the rungs as has been suggested by everyone and *then* I can have my beloved P&B. Ahhhh...

        But, I'll watch it too. I don't want to stall. I've too much weight to lose.
